Return and Credit Card Refund Policies

Event tickets are nonrefundable.

Colterris guarantees the highest quality of all our wines.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.  We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment.   Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our visitors to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself will be held with care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Information collected on our website is used to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product and company news with you. This information will only be used by Colterris, and in limited cases by Colterris service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements and who share Colterris commitment to protecting your privacy and data.
