A field to fork inspired dinner celebrating Palisade's seasonal harvest with a multi course meal among the peach orchards at The Overlook, thoughtfully paired with Colterris wines. 

This special edition dinner will be held outside at our Overlook Pavilion.  Take in the breathtaking beauty of the Grand Valley while enjoying a world class food and wine pairing experience!
