John’s Vineyard Viognier has a light green hue that shows very well when chilled. The green apple and slight clove herb aromatics fill the nose on the initial sniff. A crisp and refreshing front palate taste is complimented with flavors of initial pineapple and solid acidity. The nice dryness and light minerality pairs well with light fish meals or sautéed seasonal greens.
